At its core, responsible gaming comes down to a few simple principles:

  • Play with a budget you can afford to lose. Never use money meant for rent, bills, groceries, or other essential expenses. Treat your gaming budget the same way you'd treat money spent on a night out or a concert — gone is gone, and that needs to be okay before you start.
  • Play for entertainment, not to make money. The house always has an edge over the long run. Expecting to profit consistently from gaming is unrealistic, and chasing losses is one of the fastest routes to problem gambling.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount on your account. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Decreasing your limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a cooling-off period.

Session Time Limits

Decide in advance how long each gaming session can last. When your set time is up, PH Magic will notify you and, if you choose, log you out automatically. This is one of the most effective tools for staying in control.

Reality Check Alerts

Receive a pop-up summary at regular intervals during your session showing how long you've been playing and your net result. Sometimes seeing it in black and white is exactly what you need to make a clear-headed decision about continuing.

Take a Break

Need a short pause from gaming? You can lock your PH Magic account for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time you cannot log in and you won't receive any promotional communications from us.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a longer break or want to stop gaming entirely, self-exclusion is available for periods from 3 months up to permanent exclusion. Once active, your account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period ends — and permanent exclusion is final.

How to Access These Tools on Your Account

Log in to your PH Magic account and go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Deposit Limits. Choose your period (daily, weekly, or monthly), enter your limit amount in Philippine Peso (₱), and confirm. Your limit is active immediately. To increase it, a 24-hour cooling-off period applies. To lower it, the change takes effect right away.

In Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Session Controls, you can set the maximum duration of each gaming session and how often you want reality check reminders (every 30, 60, or 90 minutes). Once your session limit is reached, you'll see a summary screen and can choose to either log out or continue if you feel it's okay.

Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Take a Break / Self-Exclusion. For a short break, choose your duration (1 day to 30 days). For self-exclusion, select a period from 3 months to permanent. You can also request self-exclusion directly by contacting support@phmagic.click — our team will process your request within 24 hours and confirm via email.

You can view a full record of your gaming activity — bets placed, games played, deposits, and withdrawals — in Account Settings > Transaction History. Reviewing your history regularly is a healthy habit. If you see a pattern that concerns you, that's a good time to set a limit or contact our support team.
