These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PH Magic platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and related features available at phmagic.click. By creating an account or placing any wager on PH Magic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on PH Magic, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the full legal agreement between you and PH Magic.
If you are accessing PH Magic on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. In practice, accounts are strictly personal — one account per individual is the rule, and account sharing is not permitted.
PH Magic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Player Eligibility
To register and play on PH Magic, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. PH Magic strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents for any account.
- You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PH Magic or any applicable gaming authority.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of PH Magic or any of its affiliates.
PH Magic reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
3. Your PH Magic Account
Each player is allowed to maintain one account only on PH Magic. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.
When you register, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a payment method registered in your own name. Using someone else's payment details to fund your account is not permitted.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact PH Magic support immediately at support@phmagic.click. PH Magic cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to secure their login details.
Account verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This is standard practice and helps protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.
4. Deposits and Payments
PH Magic accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking via BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard-issued bank cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Deposits made through third-party accounts will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation. This rule exists to protect against fraud and money laundering.
Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. PH Magic does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with them directly.
PH Magic employs SSL encryption and compliant payment processing on all transactions. Your financial details are never stored directly on our servers. Deposits are typically credited to your PH Magic wallet within seconds for GCash and Maya transactions, and within a few minutes for bank transfers.
5. Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from your PH Magic account at any time, provided your account is fully verified and there are no pending investigations or holds on your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- GCash / Maya: Within 1–4 hours for verified accounts.
- GrabPay / Coins.ph: Within 4–8 hours.
- InstaPay / PESONet bank transfer: Within 1–2 business days.
- BDO / BPI / UnionBank online banking: Within 1–3 business days.

6. Bonuses and Promotions
PH Magic offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, VIP rebates, and special event promos tied to occasions like PBA playoffs or Philippine holidays.
All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless stated otherwise, the following general rules apply to all PH Magic bonuses:
- Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred to another account.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each bonus's specific terms.
- PH Magic reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it suspects abuse, multi-accounting, or any form of bonus exploitation.
- Maximum bet limits may apply when a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is pending may result in the bonus being voided.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
All games available on PH Magic — including Color Game, Pusoy, jackpot slots, PBA betting, boxing betting, and all other offerings — operate using certified and audited systems. Slot games use certified random number generators (RNG). Sports betting odds are set independently and reflect real market conditions.
In the event of a technical fault, system error, or game malfunction, PH Magic reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. No compensation beyond the return of the wager will be provided in such cases.
For sports betting, PH Magic reserves the right to suspend betting on any market, revise odds prior to a wager being confirmed, or void a settled bet if there is evidence of match manipulation, data error, or circumstances beyond PH Magic's reasonable control. Settled bets stand once confirmed unless a clear error occurred.
Players are expected to play in good faith. Any attempt to exploit game vulnerabilities, use automated betting software, or manipulate outcomes through any means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on PH Magic and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
- Colluding with other players in any card or table game.
- Using automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets.
- Exploiting any bug, loophole, or technical error in any game or system for financial gain.
- Engaging in any activity that could constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing PH Magic staff or other players.
- Allowing any person under 21 years of age to use your account.
PH Magic actively monitors for unusual account activity and works with payment providers and relevant authorities to investigate and report suspected fraudulent conduct. Accounts found in breach of this section will be closed immediately, and balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
9. Responsible Gaming
PH Magic is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and never a source of financial hardship or personal distress.
Every PH Magic account comes with access to the following self-management tools:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
- Session Time Reminders: Enable alerts that notify you when you've been playing for a defined period.
- Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, and PH Magic will not send you any promotional communications.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the PH Magic platform — including the PH Magic brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of PH Magic or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the PH Magic platform without prior written consent from PH Magic.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PH Magic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost gaming opportunities, or data loss.
PH Magic's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
PH Magic does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we work hard to maintain uptime and security, temporary outages or maintenance windows may occur. PH Magic will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of planned maintenance.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the PH Magic Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, PH Magic collects personal data to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access.
13. Amendments to These Terms
PH Magic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, PH Magic may also notify players via email or in-app notification.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using PH Magic and may request account closure by contacting support.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
You may close your PH Magic account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided your account is in good standing and there are no pending verification or investigation holds.
PH Magic reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion if there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, underage gaming, or any other conduct that violates applicable law or endangers the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or breach, balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is proven.
PH Magic may also close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, in accordance with our dormant account policy. Players will be notified before any dormant account action is taken.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
